Internal notes, promotion plans, registration milestones, artwork, and Event Library templates remain private. Internal Only and Team Calendar events also stay out of every subscriber feed. Anyone with a link can view that schedule, so share it only with the intended group.

  1. Google CalendarOpen Other calendars, choose From URL, then paste the link.
  2. Apple CalendarUse Open calendar app or add a subscribed calendar in Calendar settings.
  3. OutlookChoose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web.

Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, so changes may not appear immediately.

The planner remains the source of truth

Changing an event here sends its name, date, time, and location to Google. Internal notes, communication plans, artwork, and Event Library templates stay private.

Edits made directly in Google Calendar do not change the planner. Synced events are marked available, so all-day ministry events do not automatically block your work calendar.
